Called and rapid speaking lady who sounded rather snotty "This is the last call you are going to get to lower your credit card rate. Press 1 to talk to a representative or press 2 to see if you qualify." I just held on the phone never saying anything and after two minutes they hung up

Same here - number is now blocked from our phone.

Scammers do not give out credit card no. Or bank account nos.

It was a recording. Women said, "we haven important information about your credit card account". I hung up. It's a scam.
