Continually calling, no one there and no message left when I don't answer. I do not owe anything. Double checked credit report to be sure.
Finally spoke to someone and told them I do not owe anything and they said, 'It doesn't matter, this is the number we have for this person, so we will continue to call until resolved' WTF??? No where close to even the same name as me, so not even an accident. Total BS, and no one can do anything about it, it seems. I have had the number for over 10 years, so not a new number thing either.
Have advised that I will proceed with harassment suit if they continue to call. Received 2 more calls in last 3 days.

U can Block them BUT their Auto Dialing Computer will still call u & leave their intimidating & threatening voicemail message !!!
Best advice is to IGNORE THEM !!!
Gov't doesn't care about the harassment ~ debt collectors shud be req'd by law to communicate ONLY in writing & stop calling unless they have 100% proof they are communicating with the correct party !!!
