I received a call from these people but it was a Toronto number. They knew all my husbands information including his email address and claimed we filled out a ballot a tour local festival. I filled out a few and it taught me one thing never fill out ballots because chances are they're selling your information to a 3rd party and if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. I blocked the number on my cell and on my home phone. Idiots.
They've called me and my boyfriend repeatedly telling us that we have won one of 5 prizes, then lists 3 of them before the call drops. Based on previous comments they got the number from a ballot we filled out at the St Catharines Ribfest. I've since blocked their number.
same number same story, asked us to go at 7 pm to 111 Zenway BLVD unite 38 - L4H 3H9, they laied and said they got our info from Caribana and I never been to Caribana before ??!!
Entered a contest at Rib-fest in St. Catharines. We won one of 5 prizes. We went. to 111 Zenway Blvd Unit #38. It is a unit with a few chairs and tables. Just had a call from this number at 9:12 p.m. We didn't answer as we don't know the number but I am seriously pissed that they would be calling at this time of night.....I thought telemarketers weren't allowed to call this late!!
