I received a call from these people but it was a Toronto number. They knew all my husbands information including his email address and claimed we filled out a ballot a tour local festival. I filled out a few and it taught me one thing never fill out ballots because chances are they're selling your information to a 3rd party and if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. I blocked the number on my cell and on my home phone. Idiots.
I have been receiving the same calls. Filled mine out at the Honda Indy. Actually was treated nicely by the ladies on the phone, but was called many times over and over and they hung up a few times when I picked up which was sketch. Anyways Im suppose to take my partner to this dinner tonight and just read all this. I told her at least we are getting a 1000$ gift and just pretend to be interested. Can someone that has actually gone confirm what gift they received???
Did you end up going to your scheduled lunch/dinner. And did you receive a prize? I would love a TV, Laptop, furniture or some cash and am fully willing to sit through 90 min presentation. My dinner with my partner is tonight at 7....!! its swiss chalet haha
I did go and listened to the 90 minute presentation we got a swiss Chalet dinner which was good and we did not get involved with them and we did win a lap top its only 4gb put worth the drive
I got the call this week about being one of the finalists to win one of the 5 prizes of a TV, laptop, $1500 cash, $1000 in furniture, or a trip to Florida (which is just accommodation by the way).
The lady over the phone confirmed my details, the fact that I was married, and asked me what we would like to eat from Swiss Chalet, which would be a complimentary dinner served during the presentation.
I received an email with the details and their address in Woodbridge at 111 Zenway BLVD.
Long story short, the hubby and I attended the office, got a free Swiss chalet lunch, watched a presentation on how to bundle your finances into one money-saving outlet, then pressured by sales ladies to pay $10,000 to sign up for their membership into Cachet Partners.
We finally got to pick our prize from the drum, which ended up being the trip to florida.
