My block feature is under the "Initial Settings" menu, and then you scroll to "Call Block" and you can view your list of blocked numbers or add one. It's an older Panasonic, came with a base and 4 handsets. Don't know the model number, but just incase :) Good luck blocking these scammers!
Called at 904 . I dont think there is anyway to stop them Carole as the number is likely spoofed. The number they show is not the number they are really calling from. I never pick up and they did not leave a message.
