My block feature is under the "Initial Settings" menu, and then you scroll to "Call Block" and you can view your list of blocked numbers or add one. It's an older Panasonic, came with a base and 4 handsets. Don't know the model number, but just incase :) Good luck blocking these scammers!
Thank you ItisTel out of Toronto for giving these scammers services to call me incessantly. From BC, but if you live back east and use this service provider, time to get a new one. Boycott shifty business practices. Also, feel free to post this number in a complaint to the National do not call list. Scammers gonna scam, gotta take out the root!
