received call today, i didn't say anything and no one spoke from the other side either. then called back and they said "survey time has been expired, hit 9 to remove yourself from our list".. so i did.
Same scammers who called during Christmas week and advised that I had entered a contest at DisneyWorld and now I had won a trip there. Told this bimbo that I NEVER enter trips for that sh*thole and never will. Caught her in mid-speech, started throwing every profanity I could at her and she finally hung up. I got the latest call Sunday January 12 and yup, now I've won a cruise to the Bahamas YIPPEE!!! Imagine that these kinds of companies just find little old me and maybe they take a phone book and just drag their finger down each column and go "that's the one, that person SHOULD win! Does anyone even fall for this crap today????
I got a call from this number about 20 minutes ago, on my cell, on my prime-time minutes. I consider this theft. Taped message, congratulations, bla bla bla. My phone number has been on the Canadian national do not call list for years and my current registration runs till 2019. If yours has been on the list for more than 31 days, you can file a complaint with the CRTC here:

I urge everyone to do so. What these nuisance callers are doing is against the law. Let's do what we can to shut them down.
