Same thing.  I won from a Walmart Survey.  They asked me how I wanted to pay and I said cash at the store customer service desk. They Hung up on me.

I believe it's a scam

If someone wants your card number no matter what you tell them and still pushing and intimidated you saying that is only $1.95...right there is a scam. Businesses wouldn't do such a thing. Be careful!!! This is the number I have to call to reach the same Indian guy.
