not a call but a text, looking for 'silent shoppers'. I believe this refers to mystery shopping, but I have no idea how this area code got a hold of my Houston area number, which I use in dfw.

this .com does not exist. financialgroup.com does, but it a quick perusal of said website yields no clues as to how they are related to silent shopping, or why they would be contacting me.

They managed to send me a spam email too.

Same as everyone, text about silent shoppers. No idea who they are or how they got my number.

Recieved a text saying:

We are recruiting Silent Shoppers. This position will not affect your job. Earn $300 per week. To join send full names to email: [email protected]

My number is on the national do not call list so I reported them. Not sure if texts are excluded from a dnc but it's worth a shot.
