I have been receiving calls from these 'God knows who people' for a while.  I received a call from them this afternoon saying that they had a parcel to deliver to me from 'Express parcels' I did a reverse look up and it came up as 'number unknown"  I'm going to call express to let them know what these people are doing.  I owe nobody anything.
