They spam my phone several times a day, leaving no message.

repeated calls -several times a day ...the most calls in one day from these numbers is as high as 10

I never pick up those calls with unknown I.D.  They didn't leave any messages.

The person who called us had to be reminded that we're on the Canadian DO NOT CALL List.
