Call the cops and report them. They will harass the hell out of you with fake duct cleaning service calls unless you do something about them. Or register your number under the national do not call list :)

The "Do Not Call List" can't do anything because these calls originate in Pakistan. My Panasonic phone will block up to 200 numbers, so this one has been added to the list.
