Who called from 6502064508

I received this phone 650-206-4508 this morning.

I got incoming call from this 650-206-4508, which I didn't answer--I figured, if it's that important, they'll leave me a voice mail.

Received calls twice already, both times left no message. It could be a telemarketer.

This number has been calling numerous times for the last few days. I finally answered it and they wanted to speak to one of the kids about going to college. I explained he was already in college and happy where he was and don't call anymore.
The pushy women then said in California, if a kid is over 18 he can makes his own decisions and she wanted to speak to him. Again I said "NO" to which her response was 'I understand but I'd like to talk to him"!
I again said "NO" and don't call back.
The person I spoke with was pushy and annoyed I would not put her through to the kid. Sounds like some scam is going on as since Monday, Nov. 17 to today Nov. 20 I've been getting up to 5 of these type calls a day..
