There is a con man at the 400 south and about 600 east location in Salt Lake City. He will boot your car and ask for cash to get it off. The guy's name is Jared Law. Stay away from him and call the police. Someone said he has a criminal record from Los Altos, California he will be in the parking lot driving a white Toyota. I post this as a public safety alert.
