Who called from 6502354852

Got a call from this person asking if I was planning on any improvements around my house.  When I informed him that he'd called on my work phone, he got snippy and said he was calling from a work phone, too.  Also the caller wouldn't identify himself, only kept repeating his question before his tone got really nasty.

This person has called a num,ber of times never leaves a message, the one time I did pick up got nothing but dead air.
