I just got called from this number and they were trying to get donations to help defeat Breast Cancer and to help women who can't afford treatments. When I said I wouldn't send them any money or information they hung up. I am so tired of people trying to scam America...they need to find a job. The caller ID said Bratva Transport so I knew it was a scam immediately when they started talking Breast Cancer.
