This number keeps coming up on my cell phone. for the last 2 years. I had thought it was from AT&T. But when it got out of hand and was dialing my number numerous times of the day and night I contaced AT&T and they said it was not from them and was a scam number and not to answere it. They did put it on a do not rec list and I was fine for about 3 months but now it has started up again. It is a recording by a womens recorded voice and says " This is a HS Aleart "and to press some numbers to get another recording. This is very troubling and anoying and I would like it to stop. AT&T will not put that block on my phone without me paying and I don't feel this is my fault so could you please help me out.
