Same call as Cautious received. Said they were my email and service provider. I also received a call last week from 650-249-6533, same basic premise, wanted access to my computer to "show me the error messages they were seeing". I hung up both times, but the person that called the first time was very persistent and called me back three times until I lost it and screamed at them that if they called me back I was going to call the police. Didn't hear back after that until tonight.
Received a call from 650-249-6502. Very thick accent (middle Eastern) very difficult to understand. Said they received a message that our computer system notified them of an error. Said the name of his company is Predominant Engineers, calling form a call center - lots of noise in the background. Said he wanted to "check my computer system" - told him nothing is wrong. Said there has to be - that's why they got the call. Asked if I received lots of junk or spam emails - said no. He said I must be. I hung up.

Received a call from someone who said they were from Predominant Tec. They had a very thick middle eastern accent. There was a lot of noise in the back ground. How do they get our name and number. I said I don't have a computer. They said who is using your email? I told them in not a nice way to not call here again.
