Duct Cleaning Scam: called 11/12/12

Caller: claimed website: californiaductcleaning.com : doesn't exist.
Call Type: Duct Cleaning Telemarketer

Claim: cleaning special: $59.99. Gave out false call back number: a Blue Shield number.
Caller ID: Air Duct Cleaning
Caller ID number is 650-263-4931, but always busy signal. No way to reach to cancel appoinment.

I was scammed by this company and had signed up for a cleaning only to figure out that it doesn't exist.  
What do they get out of this telemarketing scam?  I'm concerned because I gave them my address.

These fools call about once a week.
If you call back, line is always busy
Why won't the FTC/FCC take any action against them?

I got called today, December 17 at noon. This is not the first call I have received from them. I just reported it to the Do Not Call Registry.

They told me will b at my house at 8  . I waited long they never showed up iam so upset.  than I check there reviews very bad they are totally some idiot's . Watch out them . They r out there . some one is responsible . Thanks to my friend. For tip .
