received on cell--did not answer; no message left

Call received on cell phone 11:30am PT, no message/  Caller ID was only San Francisco, CA

A repeat call--unwanted, unanswered--not likely to be investigated or affected by any action any time anywhere!  What is the good of this site!  How about letting us know of at least ONE scammer who has been caught and punished!

The same damn energy savings company that I have asked to remove my # from their list over 10 times. They always call from different numbers, never remove me from their list.

Again.....If you don't recognize the phone number, Don't answer the phone!!!
