If you have a landline and want to block calls like this get your self a panasonic cordless phone. There phones have a program in them were you can block all kinds of calls. I have a set of the phones and I block every call so now no one calls.
I've been getting calls from several differnt numbers many which do not talk and discounnect after a few seconds. Also recieved about 10 calls from education link - they have stopped now. I never recieved these types of calls before - it just started 3 or 4 weeks ago
I do not know anybody in that area..Just my mom and dad and sister,but they are buried in the cemetary.I have not been in area over 40 yrs,and recently obtained this phone number(501-205-4569)
These calls firs started "originating" in NY.

They've called asking for my son. Finally, I acted
