I gave my information, including phone number, to be able to download some investment information they offered; but I remember specifically clicking on the option not to receive any further contact from them. My spam-call blocking software on my phone blocked the call; but I always try to find out who the caller was, in case I might actually want to return the call. In this case, I don't.
I received a call from this number as well and couldn't identify it until I realized that I received an email at almost the same time from Fisher Investments, and the contact number in the email was the same. They are pushy salespeople, trying to sell their products even though I have repeatedly told them to not contact me and that if I want their products, I will contact them. I can't seem to get them to stand down.

Zack from Fisher Investments has now called me 3 times in the last week and I wish he would stop. I actually talked to them at length a year ago and they said my 150k wasn't enough for them to manage. I guess they figured I have more now (ha ha) or they lowered their standards.
