They just called me from this number and it was a guy laughing and then saying is this ____(my name) and then I said "yes" and then hung up wtf

Keeps calling my phone but won't leave a message or say hello.

650-362-8794  has called my phone a few times this week. The last woman I spoke with indicated the got my number from a site where I was inquiring about a weight loss drug called  Garcinia Cambogia - The caller indicated I provided my number. I advised her that was not accurate, and asked "When I provided my number did I also indicate that I wanted 3rd party calls about similar products?". because I doubt VERY seriously that I did. I asked the nice lady to remove my name and number from any list they may have.
I have recived one call since, so clearly asking them to remove your number from the "list" does nothing.

(650) 362-8794 I asked to be taken off the call list. They said it would take 30 days to remove my number.
