Who called from 6503968040

The people from this number have started calling.  For months now, I have been getting calls from another number with a 650 area code.  I am sure whatever it is, they are up to no good.  They call me at 8:15am est.

I am being harassed by 650 396-8040, no message left, various Hispanic voices in background left
on my voice mail. I NEVER ANSWER MY PHONE TO UNKNOWN ID!  What idiots!  LEAVE ME ALONE, I AM NOT WHOMEVER YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH.

This number calls frequently and no one is ever on the other end.

650-396-8040 calls me at least once a day when i answer the recording say says to accept charges or send text message enter 1 or something always hang up, but they keep calling

They call me 2 x a day at least. I never answer. I am sick of them calling.
