I am being harassed by 650 396-8040, no message left, various Hispanic voices in background left
on my voice mail. I NEVER ANSWER MY PHONE TO UNKNOWN ID! What idiots! LEAVE ME ALONE, I AM NOT WHOMEVER YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH.
The caller wanted to speak to me in reference to a friend of ours; said he needed important information. I told him there was no information he needed from me and to quit calling. Out of the last 50 calls on our call log, 10 came from this number! ID says Backbone Community or private number. I am sick of them calling at all hours of the day.
'Private caller' calls several times each day from sun up to sun down, never leave any message, I don't answer. I hope they're making big bucks with this call-scam-sweat-shop, because if I figure it out I'd love to take it all away from them to pay my bills. I wonder how many non-citizens they employ and what their turn-over is in this California based phone sweatshop. They must be paying a big phone bill each month with all these calls coast-coast. U see, these are con artists who buy up thousands of bad accounts @ pennies on the dollar and hope to cajole U into making life long payments into their coffers to pay them back on their business venture. U don't owe them a penny. The debt is already written off by the creditor. They brow-beat their calling staff into riding their phones like an angry bronk-buster. If they don't produce 'income' by the buckets full they are dismissed without pay for non-commitment to their work. Call Centers is their Employment tag. Only starving people with low self esteem take the jobs. Good racket, eh?
The caller was from India. Asked for my daughters #, told him even if I knew who he was he wasn't getting anyones # from me. I also told him to stop harassing me that my# was on the do not call list & the next time I will send it to the Attorney General of my state. We'll see if they stop.
The company is the Backbone Community based out of CA. I don't have any debts. They do use another # also= 813-200-7690. If you type that into 800notes it shows up as a time share sell. I like their ideas on for that #, blow a whistle in their ear.
