got a call from this number , claims he is from the IRS guy name david warner, says you have a file with the irs and wants to get your SSN , this number is a scam using magic jack, sounds like the guy is from india!!

Same details as previous commentator. Left a message and claimed to be David Warner for the investigative department of the IRS and said that their was a lawsuit connected to my SSN. Individual has either an Indian or Spanish accent (i'm bad at recognizing accents). Don't fall for this bs, IRS will never call you for something like this, they will communicate via mail only.
the number 650 425 1587 caller under jack dawson attorney out of CA saying that he was from some attorneys office and was collecting a dept for Cash Advance. I was crying and getting ready to go wire the money at a Kroger etc but I called my attorney and he told me it was a scam and to have the call him in the morning. They got nasty and hung up
