got a call from this number , claims he is from the IRS guy name david warner, says you have a file with the irs and wants to get your SSN , this number is a scam using magic jack, sounds like the guy is from india!!
got a call from tjhis number about a cash advance and when i ask for info.he said when i get to western union to call themthen i said i had a attorney they hung up
I I just got calls from them he said he name to jack Dawson from Hansel law firm. that's dad wants a criminal charge on my name and Social Security number. yeah where telling me I would be arrested in the next 24 hours
I got a call from Jack Dawson saying there was a lawsuit being filed against me. I looked up this site and ive been calling him non stop they wouldnt answer when they finally did i started reading some of these posts to him he told me to never call back because they had the wrong number. this is complete scam very elaborate. They started off trying to get me to wire them money for a cash advance and when I refused they threatened legal action to collect the "FDIC" fee which doesnt make since. Then they called from a seperate number claiming to be from Washington DC calling on behalf of the same company to ensure me that they were who they said. After I told them to go ahead and file the charges i didnt hear from them. Then today I get a call from Jack Dawson (by the way he had already used this name from the cash advance) and thats when the bs about lawsuits started so I pretended to be an attorney and used these complaints and they got very unnerved. So pay it no attention if they have banking info or personal info its because of a fake site they you filled out in a time of desperation. Change your bank account or call your financial institution and let them know about this and tell them only verified parties are allowed access to your account. Thank you. You all helped me alot
