Firstly, don't ever pick up the phone when you don't recognize the number. Secondly, don't waste your time with the Do Not Call registry. It's absolutely worthless. Thirdly, go buy yourself a call blocker. It's most beneficial.

They're back, like roaches. They --National Renewable Energy Center--use hundreds of different spoofed numbers, and continue to violate Do Not Call regulations, in spite of dozens/years of of complaints to BBBs, ATT, State AG, Contractor's Licensing Board, State Public Utilities Commission, local PDs, and directly to clueless and semi-clueless telemarketers who do the direct harassment. Google "complaints, A1 Solar Power, Inc.," and you will see how pervasive the scam is. A1 Solar Power, Inc. claims not to have an ownership relationship with National Renewable Energy Center but does, in fact, as well as a relationship to related fake front organizations like "Go Green ...."
I keep getting phone calls from this number. It's box is always full so I can't ID them. My caller Id say UNLISTED PHONE NUMBER
If anyone has any idea whom this might be, let others know about this. I hate for anyone to call me on my unlisted number, they have, and continue to do so!!
Claimed to be she was the "National Renewable Energy Center". I told her I was on the Do Not Call List and to never call me again. She claimed, oh, we're not telemarketers, blah blah blah. I told them to never call me again and hung up.
