I recieved a phone call from this number. When asked questions who the debt was from they could not tell me. I asked them to email me the information. They said they would email me the information after every thing was paid. I reported the call to the sherrifs department.
I received the same call from this number as well. they said they were some california attorney's office collecting a debt from insta cash, and after looking at my account I never received and I know for a damn fact I never applied for a payday loan through this company. He said I would be taken to court and jail and pay $8,000!!!!!!! avoid this its a scam!!
Thanks Mike for your reply, I called my local sheriffs department and they told me. That they had supply me with the loan documents before I pay a cent. I thought it sounded fishy. When he said Insta cash I have never applied for any loan through them. I called them back and told them what the sheriffs department said and he said I would be served and taken to court abd jail and pay 8,000. Thanks for the insight.
I received the same call last night. They said that they will be serving me with a warrant on Friday due to money laundering $8,000 from a payday loan with InstaCash. I have never heard of this company and have never received $8,000. They had my cell phone number and other personal information. I hung up on them and called my police dept who also called them for me. The police dept told me that if they show up at my house to call them immediately and they will come over. The police are wondering if they haven't tried to steal my identity. How scary! They keep calling me and leaving me messages too.
