I got a call from them as well. I requested teh name of their company and physical address. Of course, the gave me "Zenith FInancial" but would give me no other information. They said they didn't like to email information, but would if I insisted (I did) and of course haven't recieved anything. Trying to say I owe on a payday loan from 2010 and a bank I haven't had an account with in over 10 years. Very hokey and she got more agitated the less I was affected by her threats. Debt collectors cannot threaten!! It is illegal for them to threaten arrest. If you write a bad check in your state and they are going to prosecute, you will recieve a letter certified in the mail giving you the opportunity to clear it up and the next step will be a deputy showing up at your door. THere are no phone calls. I filed a report with my state's attorney office and encourage anyone recieving these types of calls to do the same.
I was almost scammed today by ms. Cheif Townsend I borrowed the $ and was on phone to pay her when I received a all on seperate line from mom telling me not to pay cuz of these post she read thank u everyone for the head up I am so pissed not only did she cause me anxiety while driving on freewaY with two young infants my daughters were screaming cuz they though mommy was going to jail how sad what f@&$&@" low life's these people are
