Who called from 6505429832

Tried to call it back within 20 minutes, but it was disconnected. Very odd that a disconnected number could make calls.

I also tried to call this number back and it's disconnected

It's a call using VoIP, which allows the scammer to spoof callerID with a fake number.  These will become more common as high monthly phone bills cause scammers to switch to Internet phones.
