Called me and left no msg (a few hours after your message, Jacob). Google search says "Emma Johnson" in Redwood City, but that could be an old listing. (The house address given was sold in late 2011, so I don't know if this number/name goes with the old owner or current.) I'm thinking this might be a spoofer (showing a number in caller ID that is actually not in service)... though I'm not going to call back to see if it's disconnected or not. But the fact that you and I both received calls within a few hours of each other, and we don't know the caller, makes me think it's same old same old, and time to block it!
Just got a call from this number a few mins ago. Caller ID says Emma Johnson. Rang about 4 times, and I picked it up and got a dial tone. Called right back and let it ring 10-20 times, no answer.
We just got a call from the same number. The id states Emma Johnson on it.
No message the person was on the line you could hear paper and movement. We just hung up.
