yeah even I got a call from the same guy named ADAM, he told me I had a case filed against me, first I thought it was a scam but when he provided me with my info, I found it something serious, so I asked him to help me out, And that guy brought me out of this situation,
I just gotten a call today from the same accent people. They are claiming I have three fruad type counts charged against me on my name cell number and social. they had my parents address and they said in order to prevent a lawsuit going to court to pay 389.34 via credit/debit card. I called my local police department to file a complaint about it. They also said to fax them a letter in attention to a Richard Mckinley to 6143439515
Well I talked to the local police department..apprently the number they used on my caller ID 208 0006 has called our local 911 a few times before they traced it as far as florida but they dont even know if thats where it was acutally being made from. So this seems like a scam for sure I already put a fraud alert on my credit to be safe
if these people say they are calling for Cash Net USA, call Cash Net customer service they are taking reports regarding this matter and passing the information on to the FCC & ATTORTNEY GENERAL this is a scam.
I have gotten three phones to return call to this number I called first day but have not returned any more calls man called david from cyper crime unit said i had charges being filed against ss#. today8/27/10 he added lawsuit he stated i failed pay back payday loan with cashnet I never had any loans with cashnet I called cashnet and filed complent with them. Its a scam
