This guy called and left a message saying he is from a union looking for a realtor to work with. His name as he said is Sam Kirby using phone number (702) 330-4864. He is very rude. I googled him and saw all these posts.
Hi, I live in San Luis RC Sonora Mexico, and about an hour ago my associate received a call from Yesenia Delgado telling the same story about their big corporation, gave us their internet site and the number to call back 702-5340963, or 888-498-5381. My associate was very excited, but as soon as I heard the story I knew it was a fraud, then checked on google and found this site. Thank you for the information
Just got a call from Jeffrey Allan, same deal, Union liason for state of ca, 888 498-5381 x 724, calling from 702 area code, thanks for the info, i am not wasting time calling him, pure a fraud.
Call to me was from 702-421-4870 from a Curt Bradley stating he was union liaison for State of Delaware to ask whether I had openings to refer 53,800 union members such as teachers, police, firemen. Googling gave no results and shows this to be a Nevada number.
I got a call as well looking for therapists who can take on new clients. When "Richard" wasn't selling me on the idea, he gave the phone to "Kim Patrick" who must have been the closer. He was not able to get me to give them my credit card either. I asked to see a contract, but of course there wasn't one. The approach was the same, they were union liaisons looking to find resources for military and union members. Very unprofessional and pushy, and they got upset they couldn't manipulate me.
This is the amazing to see/hear all of the responses below! I am glad to say that by default, I fell out of this scam. I had a call from a very nice guy 702-786-7456 and he was very helpful, personable and friendly. He even talked about this not being a marketing scheme so he wasn't trying to push anything. When he said that he had contacted about 120 chiropractors in our area and no one seemed to sign up. He alleged that may be it was because this is not a "union-friendly" state. He said got a deal with me in two counties and then offered the top advertising spot for a great price. When he said i should hold on for approval, some other guy came on the phone and got everything mixed up. I wanted to clarify what the other guy had said. He got snappy with me saying this is a great deal and he wouldn't have offered both quarter page ads and top spot. He proceeded to say that he could find many people who would be more than willing to pay $500 for that featured spot. So I thanked him for his time and that was it. As I chose to then go and search online at the credibility of this website, I started wondering why other professionals were not signed up in the various areas. It is sad to see that in a time when so many people are hurting, you can find people who are so heartless to scam others when people are trying to make ends meet. How cruel! Beware of these guys!!!
