This guy called and left a message saying he is from a union looking for a realtor to work with. His name as he said is Sam Kirby using phone number (702) 330-4864. He is very rude. I googled him and saw all these posts.
The call I received was from an "Eddie." The number is 702-410-5376. It actually sounded very good. He even offered to discount it from $365/ 2yrs to $199/2 yrs, if I was willing to write a testimonial after a few months. I never give my personal information over the phone when solicited. I also never impulsively buy anything. So after doing a little research I came upon this website. Thank goodness! We all have the same good sense, apparently. The only government website for the Dept of Labor is www.dol.gov.
This makes me sad that we cannot trust anyone anymore. I feel sorry for the innocent people who get scammed.
You know it is strange, you all say they are a scam. Has anyone checked with the over 60,000 hard working people that have paid for their ads What is the going price for two years of advertising? I bet most of you that have complained here have paid more than that for 6 months in "Your" Local Yellow Pages. Look and see how many in your profession are listed there with you and then multiply that number by what you paid! Sounds to me like you been scammed by your own stupidity. If any of you had received just one new client, that 1 new client would have covered the cost of the ad,And if by chance you had treated them nicely and made them feel well cared for, then word of mouth alone would have brought you enough new clients to make a difference.That's the problem with ALL of us today...We want the most we can get for "our" dollar and give as little as possible for others. That's why we have a terrible economy. You people drive it. Charge as much as you can for your services and buy foreign products that are cheaper than what other Hard Working Americans have made here. Wake Up America.

7/9/2012 I just received a call from Brandon Morris from 702-235-9561 NV number stating HE is the union representative for Oregon looking for a realtor for referrals. He left the phone number 888-498-5381 X 711 as the return call number. Will the real union representative for Oregon please stand up? New name, same scam.
