This guy called and left a message saying he is from a union looking for a realtor to work with. His name as he said is Sam Kirby using phone number (702) 330-4864. He is very rude. I googled him and saw all these posts.
I received a call from Sam Kirby stating he was the Union Liason for the State of Texas and wanted a Realto to refer his union members to. He didnt state what union. Seems fishy...
I too, got a voice mail from Sam Kirby saying he was looking for a REALTOR to assist union members. He said he was the union liason for the state of California. I asked if I was taking on new clients.
I am an OC Realtor and got a call from "Sam" saying he was a union liason and he wanted to refer union clients to me. Very fishy..feels like a scam. Why would he call me?
"Sam Kirby" left me the same message. Obviously this is a silicitation/sales pitch of some sort. He didn't mention any particular Union or State. Just another somebody who wants some of my $$$$$$$.
