This guy called and left a message saying he is from a union looking for a realtor to work with. His name as he said is Sam Kirby using phone number (702) 330-4864. He is very rude. I googled him and saw all these posts.
I got the same message, Sam Kirby, Union Liason for State of California, looking for a "good CPA".

Same old.....same old.....union liason looking for a realtor in az. when I told him that I am no a practing CPA---voila.....he could do that too...................why can't they tell us up front what the gimmick is, we are toooo smart to be falling for that....have a great day...it's 80 today
