I don't answer numbers I don't know. They left no vm. I googled the number and this site was the first hit...obviously it's a scam. People need to be careful what numbers they answer and call back. You never know these days.
This number called me, they hung up. Was looking the number up before calling back and then 7862044358 called me 2 mins later. Looked up thAt number, and its the one ring phone scammer that dips into your wallet when you call back
