If they can't leave a message, they will never get a return call. If it is a bill collector for one of the companies that allowed my junkie ex wife to open accounts in my name, I invite them to come knock on my door to collect that money...
this number keeps calling my husbands phone and then they hang up. They have called a mininum of 25 time a day. I am sick of it and am on the national do not call list but yet they still call.
Someone called and didn't leave a message, if it is a debt collector, they might as well get in line, because I don't have a meaningful job with college degree.
I just got a call from this number. The person call me by my name and said they are attempting to collect a debt. I told her just because she knows my name doesn't mean I owe her company anything and hung up.
I received a call today at 1:05pm from 718-210-3698. The guy on the phone called me by my first name and said I owed him money and I needed to pay today. He said if I do not pay today. He will get a warrant for my arrest. I said who is this and what are you talking about? He said his name in broken english and I think he said "Joe". I said can you explain to me what you are talking about. He said "I told you that you owe me money and I want it today". If you do not pay me I will have you arrested. I said look who ever you are what are you saying I owe? He said a loan? When was the loan. The loan was from 5 years ago.
I asked him the companys name. He started getting mad, and telling me I was going to jail. I said look I'm trying to understand you. I'm trying to figure out information that you should be able to give me. He said all I need to know is that I owe him money and I better pay today or he will have me arrested! I said look! you don't understand that I live in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! and I this country people that do what you are doing now. Are the people who go to jail. He started yelling again about warrants and jail. I said look dip stick! 5 years ago I was a victim of "IDENTITY THEFT"! I will be handing your name and phone number over to the authorities. I hung up! He can Kiss my you know what! The JERK!!!
I am sure it is a debt collector. I do not answer my phone for unknown numbers and my voice mail does not identify who they are calling. Good luck collecting because you have no idea where I am. Ha Ha
