So this is RFGI, a collection company, they buy debts past the statue of limitations in your state, send you a letter stating that they will not sue you but they will put a bad mark on your credit report. Hmmm if you have bought the debt then there is already a bad mark on the credit report. Just another company like Portfolio Recovery....
