THis number keeps calling me at work and cell phone, trying to verify personal information
Demanding my lawyer , demanding my manager... States they are with Crosby & Associates
What do I do???
I have Sprint...same thing happens to me every few months. Always from India sounding accents and going to arrest me. I try not to take calls but sometimes have to due to type of work I do so I just hang up or say I know this is a scam and I have reported it which I have- the thing is about 4 years ago we were going through a tough time and BK and when they first called I told them to call my lawyer and then they said oh no....does not count in BK ... they tried to do a payment plan deal with me but then I realized that I did not have pay day loan and so I told them that but I am afraid I got on "the almost sucker list" because the calls seem to start over every six months or so....they had my name and the last four of my SS but that was it.
John Tomson just called me at work and I said I wasn't here and took a message. He then called my cellphone which I sent straight to the voicemail. I am going to return the favor and start calling them 1000 times and say random things that make no sense.
I too just got a call from this same guy, could barely understand him. but he can go to hell with that, come get me if they want, I need a vacation. but this same guy called me last year too, it was wen I was filling out for some cash advances over the net, this is nothing but scams, don't fall for it
I got a call to from this number and other numbers threatening a law suit against me and that I was going to.be arrested LOL very heavy Indian accent with the name Michael Jones. Your kidding me right Michael Jones? Could of at least come up with a better name. The call is complete bull. Don't dress over it. Tell them on the phone you know its a scam and they flip out and never call again.
