I just received a call from Joe Quinn as well asking to speak to an attorney regarding an "accident/DUI". Incredibly rude and knew something was suspicious, so I googled his number and sure enough he's a scammer! Thanks for the heads up!!
Called our office 1/16/2017 said he was in car accident and asked for the attorney by name. Refused to give receptionist any information. Said he hadn't hired us, so he has no reason to answer any of the receptionist's questions. Googled telephone number and got this website with similar complaints about Joe Quinn at this telephone number. We will not call him back.
He called my office today, 2-27-17 and claimed to have a new matter for my father who is 88 and in Florida for the winter He refused to answer any of my receptionist's usual "new matter" questions. When I called him back within the hour he rudely said, "I already got my help." I believe he had also called asking for my father about a month ago and when I picked up, he was really rude and nasty. Unclear to me if he's just crazy or some kind of scammer.
March 21, 2017. I received the following message: "My name is Joe Quinn, I'm looking for an attorney. Please call me back, I am looking for an attorney." I'm glad I googled the number before calling him back.
