Who called from 7182729956

Got a call from this number and they hung up...then they called again but I did not hear the phone ring.....

Keeps calling my cell and does not say anything it is getting annoying now for the past 2 days what can I do?

They keep calling my home number and instantly hang up.  It's getting old pretty fast.

When I call this number back it tells me that it is no longer in service, but it just called me about an hour ago.
