TYPING IN ALL CAPS MAKES PEOPLE WANT TO IGNORE YOU.

Over the past few days this number has called and hung up as soon as I say Hello, [***] is a little old.  How come there is no way for cell phone companies to put a BLOCK on a certain number ??

Keep getting calls from this number and they just hang up. When I tried to call it right back it tells me it is not in service.
