That is the stupidest excuse I have seen. Employees were breaking US law by calling people in the USA and telling them lies, and the owner knew this was going on, possibly doing some calls himself. None of this should have ever happened.
I hang with a BUNCH of people and that is all we do is call and bust out scammers. This company is a 100% scam. they are kind of slick by making you think you have the option of taking the service or not, the old " I need you to tell me you accept" line is stupid. And once you let them on your PC, if you act like you know they are a scammer or call them out, if you do not immediately disconnect they will run syskey on your machine and lock you out of your computer. The bes tthing to do is do NOT let them on your pc at all. They are not helping you. Do NOT fall for this kind of crap. They are stealing your money. And when they call and say they are Microsoft, hang up the phone. Microsoft will NOT call nor have a 3rd party call you. Go to youtube and watch trolling Microsoft scammers videos. Oh and for the heck of it, go visit their website. It is now taken down and their 800 numbers are bunk. So much for your all support they claim they did not scam you out of.
