Received 3 calls from this number today- 718-312-8224 - all said lawsuit to be filed soon at my local courthouse if I didn't call them back. I agree with the others "scam" I'm going to report to local law enforcement
Same here in Oklahoma, go this recording "Voice says this is officer so and so informing you that a lawsuit in your name has been filed in your local county courthouse. Call this number for more information." Nowing better I did not call but looked the number up on Internet and found this site. I'd like to call ans mess with them but I'm not going to waist my time.
This number called our home twice so far today and stated there we were in a lawsuite and to call this number. Called and he argued with me nad stated he was from IRS, he spoke very broken english and fused at m e to get a cell phone to check the number out.
