I got the same thing, never called back. He said he was an officer and said if I don't call back then he wishes me good luck.He wanted to talk to me ( he never said my name) or my lawyer

I also received the same message and threats from a man stating he was from the IRS. When I returned the call using *69 There was a busy signal. Scam.
