You are so right....what good is a 'do not call' list if it's completely ignored? Both my parents are in assisted living, my Dad being seriously ill, and these daily phone calls are driving me crazy. Every time my phone rings, my heart stops. I only hope these scum bags get theirs one day.

You see you don't need to re-up every year (if you had read and comprehended the instructions on the page you would have known that), because once your number is on there, it is one there for life. So from what your post has said it looks like it really is doing its job.

For instance what good are locks if criminals are going to ignore them and steal cars and break into homes anyway. How about stop signs and stop lights? What good are they if people ignore them and go through and end up crashing into you? And the list goes on and on.
