Sara Wilsom from Federal Investigation Department called and left a message , saying that there is a warrant arrest issued against me. That I need to call her back, before they send police officer to arrest me. This is a SCAM!!! She asked me to call her back at 9046383846.
This number keeps calling me and a 2 of my friends. They state they work for a finance company but will not transfer you to a supervisor, will not give you thier business name or any contact info besides Jerry Brown, They state that they are a paralegal. They have threatened me, cussed at me, threatened to come and get me and my friend and that we better be in our birthday suits. Once they stated that they are calling for a cash advance place.
they also call me REPEATEDLY saying they are from the Federal Investigation Dept of NY, asking me for all my information, they also called my friend asking if she knew me or what number i could be reached at.
They called my phone and my boyfriends phone telling me that they were going to press federal chargers...he said his name was James Wilson, when I asked for the company name he advised that he was with the legal department and advised that he was in the federal investigation department. Never once gave me a name...When I asked how much he could not tell me then he said I did this in September of 2009 which I dont even have a valid checking acct. When I advised I would have mmy lawyer contact him he advised I was lying cursed me out and hung up the phone..luckily all calls are recorded on my business line so I have proof. This is a scam
This guy Mr. Alex Stevens said he was from the Federal Investigation Department and that he was going to have me arrested if I didnt pay the balance of a pay day loan. A pay day loan that I know nothing about. He wanted my bank account information and everything. He also keeps calling my home on numerous occasions and threaten to have me arrested. I called my local police department and the police department in New York and told them about the situation. The advise me to tell this person to stop calling me and that if he didnt provide any information regarding such loan that when they find him he will be the one arrested for fraud. I told Mr. Stevens that and he started yelling saying that he dont care what they say and he is going to keep calling me over and over again. This man also provided me with a fax number 206-337-6470 please do not fax this man any of your information it is a FRAUD. He also had my social security number and everything. He gave me an address to 11018 Greene Street, Ithica, New York 10034 and his phone number is 718-355-8255 Mr. Alex Stevens. If you are reading this Mr. Stevens go [***] yourself you will never get anything from me.
