I just received a call from this number... no answer. I am in Arizona, I'm not a xenophobe. Occassionally I have legitimate service calls from call centers outside the US. In a few instances I have had to request a supervisor because the call rep's accent was so heavy I simply couldn't understand it.
Received a call from this number on 11-22-13 from this number. As with most of these crooks they do not understand that why would I buy anything from them when they give you false information- fake phone numbers- before you even talk to them.
